There is no denying that the idea of micro-living has been sweeping the world. With so many concerns about our environment and the high cost of living, its so surprise that people are looking towards down-sizing in every way, shape, and form. But what to do if you aren’t sure micro-living is for you?

WeeCasa is an experiential tiny home hotel and showroom that recently opened in Lyons, Colorado. The hotel offers nightly rentals of tiny homes, which range between 150 and 200 square feet. Each home includes a sleeping area big enough for a queen bed, a tiny kitchenette, and a bathroom with a stand-up shower.

If you are thinking about making the switch to micro-living, WeeCasa also offers tours, and will either sell you one of their own models, or create custom home for you if you decide that down-sizing is the right route for you.

WeeCasa states that 68 percent of its owners have no mortgage debit, and custom prices start at only $15,000.

As we watch more and more people embrace smaller spaces, its only a matter of time before micro-living hotels become a common option for travelers looking to save a buck.
