This 1,008 –square-foot garage located in Washington D.C. is quite the opposite however. The address, 0, 21st NW, is marketed as a development site and located directly below some power lines. As you can see from the photo, it has brick walls, and is surrounded by some beautiful uneven pavement. The property was originally listed in April at $900,000, but the owners have been unable to move it, and have dropped the price to $899,000.
