Not only does the city have a rich history chock-full of culture and decadence, but it also has its own vibe that is unlike anywhere else in the United States. It has always been one of my life goals to own a house in New Orleans, because it makes the perfect Southern escape from the hectic pace of New York, with lots of day drinking to boot.
