A hand-built floating man cave has hit the market in Seattle.
I think it is essential for every man to have a space of his very own. Typically we call these spaces man caves, although as tastes progress they seem to be getting more and more thoughtfully designed every year. Houseboats are obviously a thing in Seattle, but Matthew Pontius decided to take it one step further and hand-build a floating man cave.
At 1,100 square-feet, the ‘floating water residence’ has 2 bedrooms and two baths, and is covered in light and natural materials. In a bid to make it more eco-friendly, Pontius even used blue jean scraps for insulation. As you can see this ‘floating water residence’ takes the idea of a man cave and elevates it to high design.
The houseboat is currently on the market for $950,000, which is a small price to pay to have the freedom of living on the water.via ]
