Leonardo DiCaprio’s Malibu beach house has hit the market.
I don’t know about you, but I have always imagined that one day I would own a beach house in Malibu. Luckily, Leo DiCaprio has recently listed his own personal slice of beach house heaven for $10.95 million. So basically all I have to do is come up with 11 million dollars, and I can have the home of my dreams. Should be pretty easy, right?
The oceanfront home was built in 1950, and was bought by the Oscar winning actor in 1998. The 3-bedroom, 2-bath bungalow is gated, and has ocean-side upstairs and downstairs decks with transparent guardrails. The home also features hardwood floors, sliding glass walls, and a Jacuzzi facing the Pacific Ocean, obviously.

DiCaprio’s bungalow is located on Carbon Beach, a stretch of shoreline that extends from the Malibu Pier to Santa Monica. It is nicknamed ‘Billionaire’s Beach’, so if any of that appeals to you, and you have a few extra million to throw around, I suggest you put in an offer immediately before someone else swoops it up.
