Discover how New York stacks up against other cities in regards to population.
I have lived in New York for 8 years now, and can tell you that sometimes things can feel a little cramped. New York has 8 million people in five boroughs, and Manhattan itself is only like 4 miles across. When you put that many people on top of each other, you forget that other cities, and even states have the same amount of people, but those people have the room to stretch out and breathe. These maps represent the populations of different cities and states around the world, in comparison to New York City.
Is anyone surprised that the entire population of Idaho would fit within Manhattan’s borders?via ]
