Calvin Klein’s Miami house just sold for a boatload of cash.
Anyone who was alive in the 1990s knows who Calvin Klein is. His original perfume CK1 graced the necks of basically every middle schooler I knew back then, and since then his fashion brand has only grown exponentially in scale.
It should be no surprise to anyone then, that Calvin Klein’s Miami house recently fetched $13 Million on the Miami real estate market.
The 5,802 square foot Spanish-style estate is located on Biscayne Bay, and features a gorgeous infinity pool, a courtyard, and a unique minimalist aesthetic that could really only come from a fashion designer such as Klein. All the rooms are decorated in beiges and whites with very sparse furniture.
The Miami home was sold to a private buyer recently for $13 Million. Luckily for the buyer, he or she was able to purchase all of Klein’s furniture separately, which is exactly what you should do if you are ever fortunate enough to buy a house previously owned by a world-famous designer.via ]
