Staff can send text messages, email and push notifications through the app, either on demand or automated. They can even target subgroups like dog owners, fifth-floor residents and so on. They never have to overload busy residents with communications that are unimportant or irrelevant to them.
A branded application can integrate with existing property management software, so staff don’t have to change any existing work processes. App analytics also give staff a better view of property operations so they can make smarter marketing, sales and management decisions.
